1. How can I track my order?
We use the DHL, FEDEX or UPS to ship the orders. We will update an original tracking number as soon as the order is shipped. You can Contact Us to ask a transfer tracking number of your order after shipped 1-2 days, and track your parcel through the particular shipping company website by the transfer tracking number.

4. How long does it take to receive my order?
Normally it takes 1-3 working days for us to process your order except for peak season.
***To Europe, Australia and North America, about 4-7 working days you can get it at your home!
***To Asia, only 3-5 working days you can get it at your home.
***To Africa and South America, about 7-9 working days you can get it.
5. How to cancel my order?
You can sign in the account on our website and check the status of your order.
If the order is still on the processing, you can contact our customer service to cancel the order.
If the order is shipped, we apologize for you that the order can not be cancelled.
