Shipping Program Rules

We ship it by express shipping, such as DHL UPS or FEDEX.
We charge shipping cost according to the weight and size of your goods.


We ship product to our customer from our warehouse in China. For international express shipping, we charge according to the weight of your order. For products whose volume converted weight is larger than the actual weight, we will calculate the volumetric weight, on the contrary, we will calculate the actual weight.

How do I track my order?

We will provide order tracking numbers whenever the order status is changed into "Shipment Shipped" status. The shipping company's tracking number will be posted into every customer's account page. You will be notified by your registered email with this tracking number. Along with tracking number, customers will enter the shipping company's official website to check the shipping status of your package.

Shipping Insurance offers superior protection and safety for your valuable items during international delivery.

 2. When Will My Order Ship?

Most orders take 24 to 48 business hours to process, fill, and ship. There are also few orders process longer, but usually within 7 business days. We do not ship goods on Sunday and holidays.

3. How long will the shipping take?
***To Europe, Asia and North America, about 3-7 business days.
***To Australia, New Zealand, about 5-9 business days.
***To Africa and South America, about 7-15 business days.

4. What if my order is “Returned to Sender"?
We are not responsible for any costs incurred through the Return to Sender process (i.e. if the shipping address is input incorrectly by customer, or the package is rejected at customs).

Customs Tax

In most countries, you have to pay taxes or duties on imported goods. Sometimes goods under a certain value, or in certain categories, do not incur taxes.
The customs rules are different in every country. Unfortunately, we do not know all the rules, regulations, customs, traditions, practices, loopholes, schemes, paperwork, codes, laws or rulings of every single country.
Normally, Luckybuybox shipping service partners including FedEx, UPS, DHL, please follow the shipping company's  instructions to pay the taxes if incurred.
Luckybuybox does not add any taxes, VAT, or other hidden charges. Buyers pay what they see on the order screen. Total fee = Products cost + Shipping cost + Payment service charge (If pay with PayPal).


* Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and can take longer than expected date due to invalid address, customs clearance procedures or other causes.
