1. How can I track my order?
We will always insert the tracking number for our customer once the order is completed. We are currently using the DHL, FEDEX, UPS or any shipping company else as our shipping method. You can Contact Us to ask a transfer tracking number of your order after shipped 1-2 days, and track your parcel through the particular shipping company website by the transfer tracking number.

3. What kind of payment methods does Luckybuybox accept?
We do accept the Paypal, Western Union and Bank Transfer to do the transaction. You can get the detail information of the payment method through Payment Methods.

4. How long does it take to receive my order?
Normally it takes 2-3 working days for us to process your order except for peak season.
***To Europe, Australia and North America, about 4-6 working days you can get it at your home!
***To Asia, only 3-4 working days you can get it at your home.
***To Africa and South America, about 8 working days you can get it. 

5. How do cancel my order?
You can sign in the account on our website and check the status of your order.
If the order is still on the processing, you can contact our customer service to cancel the order.
If the order is complete, we apologize for you that the order is can not be cancelled.

6. How to return the defective/faulty/broken product?
All of our new tattoo equipment can be returned within 7 days of purchase if you found the defective on our product. 
Before you return the defective product to us, we require you take a video to show the detail of the defective product.
Once it’s being clarified, we will providing the shipping address for you to return.

7. What is the shipping cost to my country?
The shipping cost will always show after you are proceeding to the check out on our website.
The shipping cost depends on the size and weight of your order, and which country you are from.
